Dispose des qualifications nécessaires lui permettant de fournir une prestation de qualité

A effectué les démarches administratives, juridiques et d’assurances nécessaires à l’exercice de son activité, s’il y a lieu.

Chaque intervenant au nom de l’association AIMES s’engage à :

  1. Observer l’attitude absolue de réserve et de secret professionnel envers toutes les personnes qui le consultent
  2. Exercer son activité avec humanité, probité et loyauté sans aucune discrimination d’âge, de sexe, de race, de religion ou d’appartenance politique; il s’interdit toute pratique sectaire ou dogmatique
  3. Toujours observer le principe fondamental du respect de la personne humaine
  4. Respecter les valeurs de responsabilité, tolérance, liberté individuelle et dignité humaine, tant envers le public qu’envers ses confrères
  5. Respecter la totale liberté de choix thérapeutique des personnes qui le consultent.
  6. N’utiliser aucun produit, aucune technique, ni aucune méthode qui seraient dangereux ou illicites, contraires aux lois en vigueur en France
  7. Ne pratiquer que les techniques pour lesquelles il est qualifié
  8. Ne nuire en aucune façon à l’association AIMES 79 ou à l’un de ses membres
  9. Prévenir les membres du bureau d’un usage de la structure associative à des fins contraires à cette Charte de déontologie par l’un de ses membres
  10. Avoir pour objectif de restaurer au maximum l’autonomie de la personne
  11. Ne poser aucun diagnostic médical et n’intervenir dans aucune décision thérapeutique
  12. N’émettre aucune réserve, ne revenir sur aucune décision, sur aucun diagnostic, sur aucune ordonnance, du médecin traitant de la personne
  13. Orienter une personne vers un médecin en cas de doute sur son état de santé physique ou psychologique
